How do you handle temps and temporary staff?
We turn it into a fixed routine. Temporary staff get an account with exactly the rights they need and, where it fits, a shared device such as a scanner or tablet in the warehouse. You give us a start and end date. We make sure the account is ready on time and closed properly afterwards, even in the busiest periods.
Can staff use their own phone for work?
They can. We set up the phone so that business apps and data sit in a separate, secured area. Your employee keeps their personal photos and apps to themselves, and you keep control of the company data. When someone leaves, we remove only the business part. Prefer company phones for everyone? Then we manage them fully, from setup to replacement.
Can staff install software themselves?
That is something we agree together. Many businesses choose a list of approved programs that staff can install themselves with one click. Other software we roll out after a request to the service desk. That way people quickly have what they need, and you know which software is on your workstations and whether the licences add up.
What is the difference between workplace management and system administration?
Workplace management covers everything your employee uses directly: the laptop or PC, the account, Microsoft 365, the phone and the service desk. System administration looks at the environment behind it, such as servers, network, backups and suppliers. You can combine the two or take them separately. We look together at what suits your business and your team.
Can we visit you in Vianen?
