Workplace management in the border region

Workplace management in Hoogerheide for small businesses

Hoogerheide and the other villages of Woensdrecht are home to many smaller businesses, often without their own IT person. Sometimes part of the team lives on the other side of the border. We take care of every colleague's workplace, so you can focus on your own trade.

Why outsource

No more IT on the side, just a workplace that works

In a small business, IT often lands with the owner or with whichever colleague knows the most about it. That works, but it is not where you would rather spend your time. Infodatek Group takes over this work for businesses in Hoogerheide and the surrounding area, from teams of five to organisations that are growing fast. We set up laptops and Microsoft 365, keep everything updated and secure, manage phones and tablets and help your staff when they have a question. You have one dedicated contact, for colleagues in the Netherlands and in Belgium.

  • One dedicated contact for all questions about laptops, accounts and software
  • The same workplace for colleagues on both sides of the border
  • Microsoft 365 set up properly, with secure sign-in and shared files
  • Start small and expand as your business grows

Small team

Workplace management for small teams in Hoogerheide

Many businesses in the village are small, with a team you know by name. Having your own IT department does not make sense then, but your workplaces can still be arranged just as well as at a large organisation.

We take that work off your hands. We use a standard set-up for laptops, so everyone works from the same good basis. Updates and security run automatically, new software is prepared remotely, and your staff can go straight to our service desk with their questions. That leaves you more time for your customers.

Across the border

Colleagues in Hoogerheide and in Belgium, one workplace

The Belgian border is right nearby, and the A4 takes you into the Antwerp area in no time. Many businesses have colleagues who live in Belgium, or customers on the other side of the border. That calls for a workplace that does not stop at the border.

For us it makes no difference whether a laptop starts up in Woensdrecht, Essen or Kalmthout: updates, security and software arrive over the internet. Microsoft 365 works the same on both sides. We take practical differences into account, such as a Belgian AZERTY keyboard next to the QWERTY keyboard common in the Netherlands, or a business phone with a Belgian number. Everyone works their own way, in one environment.

Our approach

How workplace management works with Infodatek Group

We start with an introductory meeting, at your premises or online. Then we map out your laptops, accounts and licences and draw up a plan. You can start small and expand later.

  • An inventory of all devices, accounts and licences
  • A standard set-up for laptops and Microsoft 365
  • Proactive management with monitoring and automatic updates
  • A clear process for new colleagues and colleagues who leave
  • Documentation, so it is always clear how everything is set up
  • A regular strategy meeting about what your business needs

Sectors

For entrepreneurs in Woensdrecht and the border area

This corner of West Brabant has a mix of technical firms, healthcare, construction, trade and leisure. They are often smaller organisations with short lines of communication.

Aviation and engineering

Around Woensdrecht air base, many technical firms and suppliers work in aircraft maintenance. High standards of information security apply there. Our ISO 27001 certification and tidy documentation of your workplaces fit those requirements well.

Construction and installation

Contractors and installers who are often on the road, in Brabant, Zeeland and Belgium. We manage their phones and tablets, so job sheets, photos and the schedule are always at hand.

Healthcare and social care

GPs, physiotherapists and other practices work with medical data. Our NEN 7510 certification fits the requirements in healthcare, and we make sure signing in is secure and easy at every workplace.

Leisure and hospitality

The Brabantse Wal draws walkers and cyclists, and local hospitality and leisure businesses thrive on them. We make sure the PC at reception, the office laptop and email simply work, in the busy season too.

Trade and transport

Businesses trading towards Antwerp and its port. Their planners and sales staff work with Dutch and Belgian customers. We provide workplaces and phones that suit this, with Microsoft 365 as the shared foundation.

Where we work

Workplace management in Hoogerheide and all of Woensdrecht

Hoogerheide is the largest village in the municipality of Woensdrecht and lies on the Brabantse Wal, along the A4 between Bergen op Zoom and the Belgian border. Together with Woensdrecht, Huijbergen, Ossendrecht and Putte, it forms a municipality where the border is never far away.

From our head office in Terneuzen the area is easy to reach, through the Westerscheldetunnel or through Belgium past Antwerp. We do most of the management remotely. For an introductory meeting, setting up new laptops or a training session for your team, we come by, in the village itself and in the neighbouring villages.

Colleagues who live on the Belgian side, for example in Essen or Kalmthout, are just as easy to help remotely. We work for organisations across the Benelux, so a team on both sides of the border is perfectly normal for us.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about workplace management in Hoogerheide

There are only eight of us. Does workplace management make sense for us?

Yes, especially then. In a small team, nobody has time to keep track of laptops, accounts and updates alongside their own work. We do it for you, with the same care as for a larger organisation. You start with what you need now and expand as your business grows. That way the management simply grows along with you.

A few colleagues live in Belgium. Can you manage their laptops too?

Yes. Whether a laptop is in Hoogerheide or in Kalmthout makes no difference for management. Updates, security and software arrive over the internet, and your colleagues work in the same Microsoft 365 environment as the rest of the team. We take Belgian keyboards and phone numbers into account, so everyone can work comfortably.

Do you also come to Huijbergen or Ossendrecht?

Yes, whenever it is needed. We do most of the work remotely, because that is quickest for you. For an introductory meeting, setting up new workplaces or a training session for your team, we are happy to visit any of the villages in Woensdrecht. We work from Terneuzen and Vianen for organisations throughout West Brabant and Zeeland.

We supply companies around the air base. What does your certification mean for that?

Infodatek Group is ISO 27001 certified, the international standard for information security. It means we work with fixed procedures for access, management and documentation. For you, it means you can show customers and clients that your workplaces are managed with care. We also think along about requirements your customers set, such as secure sign-in and encrypted laptops.

Can you also help if we move to Microsoft 365?

Definitely. Many smaller businesses still use separate mailboxes, an old shared folder or a mix of personal and business accounts. We set up Microsoft 365 properly, move your email and files and show your colleagues how to make good use of Teams and OneDrive. After that, we look after the environment as part of workplace management.

Wondering what Infodatek can do for you?

A thirty-minute call with one of our specialists. Your environment, your questions. An honest conversation.
