What it connects to
Planning
RentMagic knows your warehouses, your transport and your crews. It sees when a week is overbooked and suggests moving an order or swapping equipment between locations.
If you work with several locations or legal entities, one order simply runs through them. Intercompany, multiple currencies, and availability that adds up across the whole.
Warehouse
Your warehouse staff work on the mobile app, with RFID, barcode or QR. Every item can be traced between depots, crews and trucks, down to the serial number.
What comes back is checked and signed off on arrival, so stock is right the moment the next customer asks for it.
Ask your fleet
Every order, contract, pick list and service note becomes searchable. Your colleagues ask in plain language and get an answer with the source attached.
You can open the same thing up to your customers, in their own portal. Then they no longer have to call for a question the system already answers.
For developers
Our own mobile app and the shops run on the API your developers get. Every object is addressable, every event can be emitted through webhooks.
If you want something that is not in there, our engineers build it. That is the advantage of software that is ours: there is no supplier in between to ask.
What we add
RentMagic is a proven SaaS engine; you implement it yourself and keep developing on it yourself. What you do not have to arrange is the environment underneath: the management, the availability and the oversight of the AI sit with us.
And because RentMagic and Digital Care come from the same house, your rental software and your IT management sit with the same people. That helps with the integrations, and it helps with the question of who to get on the line when something is up.
