Stuck on something? We join you on your own screen through a secure connection. That saves a lot of explaining: we see what you see and usually fix it right away. You stay in control, because you see everything we do and can end the connection whenever you like.

Which tool you use depends on who looks after your IT. Infodatek Group customers use TeamViewer, Select IT customers use ISL Light. Choose your own IT partner below and follow the steps on screen.

Open TeamViewer through the TeamViewer website and follow the on-screen instructions. Then share the details you see with our colleague, and we will look along with you.

ISL Light

The button downloads ISL Light by ISL Online. Open the program and follow the directions of the Select IT service desk, and we will look along with you.
