We are growers in the Bommelerwaard. Do you include the climate computer?

Yes, with Digital Care Agro. Alongside your office we then also monitor the equipment in the greenhouse, such as climate computers, energy systems and sensors, and manage the process network. Managing the climate computer itself is possible in consultation with your supplier, and in case of a fault, we call in the supplier. We are their point of contact and arrange their remote access. Updates only take place within your growing windows, and your settings are included in the backup.

When should we involve you in a new building at De Wildeman?

Ideally at the design stage, before construction starts. We can then advise on where the server room goes or whether everything can move to the cloud, how the cabling runs, how the Wi-Fi covers office and warehouse and which internet connection you need. That way everything is ready on your first working day in the new building.

What happens if something needs doing on site?

We do most work remotely, because that is the quickest way to help you. If someone does need to come, for new hardware, an adjustment to equipment or the strategy meeting, a colleague travels from Vianen along the A2. We arrange it around the busy moments in your warehouse or greenhouse.

Yes. Because we are certified to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 ourselves, we work to fixed agreements on information security. We document your environment, record access rights and test your backups.
