Do you have an office in Nieuwegein?
No, our office is in Vianen, on the Lange Dreef. That is just across the Lek, so you are close by for us. Day to day we mostly work remotely, and when someone needs to come over, to install equipment or for the strategy meeting, we agree a moment together. Our head office is in Terneuzen, and we work for organisations throughout the country.
We are moving to new premises soon. When should we involve you?
As early as possible, ideally as soon as you know the new building. Then we can look at the cabling, the spot for the server cabinet and the Wi-Fi, and order an internet connection in good time. We draw up a plan for moving day and schedule the work so your team hardly notices. After the move we check together that everything works as it should.
We have our own IT department. What do you add?
Mainly time and breadth. We can take over daily monitoring, backups and patch management, giving your own people room for projects.
