We make the environment at the yard and access from outside work as one. Colleagues on a project log in securely with two-factor authentication and use the same files as in the office. At the yard, we provide a network that covers the halls and the site. Everything is documented, so you know which devices and connections there are.

Our design files are heavy. Do they have to go to the cloud?

Not necessarily. For large models, fast storage on site is often the most pleasant option, with a copy in ANYBASE in a data centre in the European Union. If you collaborate a lot with external parties, cloud storage may suit you better. We look at how you work and choose the set-up that fits, which can also be a combination. ANYBASE links to Microsoft Azure where needed.
