Your head office is in Zeeland. Isn't West-Brabant too far away?

No. Almost all management happens remotely, and our monitoring picks up a lot at an early stage. For on-site work we drive into the region from Terneuzen, and for the eastern side our office in Vianen is close by. We plan visits in advance, so the right colleague turns up at your door with the right equipment.

A customer has asked us to complete an information security questionnaire. Can you help?

Yes. We go through the list with you and look at which questions concern your IT environment. We highlight what is already well arranged. Where something is still missing, we draw up a plan. Because we are certified ourselves, we know the recurring topics, such as access control, backup, updates and recording agreements.

We are taking over a company in another municipality. How does merging the IT work?

We start with an inventory of both environments: servers, network, licences, backups and suppliers. Then we make a plan in stages, in an order that suits your business. Colleagues at the acquired company simply carry on working in the meantime. At the end, everything sits in one environment, with one level of security and one set of documentation.
