Then it can run in ANYBASE, our private cloud in a Tier 3 designed data centre in the European Union, which can be extended with Microsoft Azure. You no longer need to buy server hardware yourself, and we keep everything up to date.

A fixed price per employee, with room to grow

Want to know in advance where you stand? With Digital Care Managed Operations, our own platform, you pay a fixed price per employee per month. There are four editions: Start, Plus, Pro and Elite. From Plus your staff can contact the service desk themselves, and Pro includes standard changes.

If you start small, you choose a lighter edition and move up as your business grows. Your dedicated contact stays the same, and we regularly review together whether your edition still matches what you need.

With the Backup add-on we back up your servers and databases every night in our own data centre in the European Union, with an offline copy on tape. You can go back up to 30 days, and there is a 12-month archive. Backup of Microsoft 365 is included in the editions from Start. We test that restores work, so you can give your accountant a clear answer.

Our invoicing software comes from a Belgian supplier. Can you work with it?

Yes. We manage the environment that software runs on, whether that is a server in the office or the cloud. We plan updates to the package in consultation with you and the supplier, and for questions or faults we are the point of contact for that company. You no longer need to act as go-between for your IT and your software supplier.
