System administration Goes

System administration in Goes, at the heart of Zuid-Beveland

Your IT environment in good hands, so you have time for your customers and your business. Infodatek Group looks after servers, network, backups and security for businesses in the town and the villages around it. With one fixed point of contact who knows your company.

Outsourcing your IT

One partner for your entire IT environment

Goes is where Zuid-Beveland comes together. Around the Grote Markt you will find shops, accountants and consultancies. The business parks along the A58 are home to wholesalers and technical firms, and the surrounding countryside is full of fruit growers and their suppliers. What they all share: their IT simply needs to work. Infodatek Group takes over your system administration, or supports your own IT person. We keep an eye on your systems, install updates, take care of backup and recovery and help you plan the next step. Your IT environment grows with your business, without you having to think about it every day.

  • Proactive management of servers, network, backups and security
  • One fixed contact who knows your environment and your people
  • Most work done remotely, with a visit whenever that helps
  • For SMEs and for organisations with their own IT department

What we manage

System administration in Goes: what we take care of

System administration covers the whole IT environment behind your business. Not just the server in the cupboard, but also the network, the cloud, the backups and the agreements with your suppliers. We take responsibility for all of it and make sure every part fits together properly.

Already working partly in Microsoft 365 or the cloud? We manage that just as well. Prefer to keep your data in the European Union? Then ANYBASE is an option: our own private cloud in a Tier 3 designed data centre in the European Union.

  • Servers and storage, on site or in the cloud
  • Network, firewall and Wi-Fi
  • Backup and recovery, tested regularly
  • Updates and security for your systems
  • Monitoring, so we spot anything unusual early

Our approach

How we work with businesses in Goes

We start with an introductory meeting, at your office or online. Then we map your environment and record everything: which systems you have, who has access to what and which supplier agreements are in place. That documentation belongs to you, and we keep it up to date.

From then on, we monitor your systems every day. Most of the work happens remotely, often without you noticing a thing. If someone needs to be on site, for new equipment or an office move, we plan it together.

Every so often we sit down with you for a strategy meeting: what is coming up, and where do you want to go next?

Safe and careful

Peace of mind about your data and your clients' data

Infodatek Group is certified to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510. That means we can show that we handle data with care, including that of your clients or patients. For accountants, consultancies and healthcare providers, that is a reassuring foundation.

Security is part of our everyday management: timely updates, sensible access rights and backups that we test. Want to go further? We help with Cybersecurity, an audit or NIS2 through Smart Compliance. And if you would like everything in one agreement, at a fixed price per employee, Digital Care, our own platform, is the natural fit.

Sectors

For the businesses that keep the town running

Goes is the shopping and services centre of Zuid-Beveland, with plenty of healthcare and strong agricultural roots. Good system administration means something different for each of these sectors.

Professional services

Accountants, bookkeepers, lawyers and consultancies work with confidential files. We provide a stable environment, clear access rights and reliable backups, so your team can reach its documents securely, in the office and at home.

Healthcare and wellbeing

GPs, physiotherapists, home care teams and other healthcare providers in and around the town handle privacy-sensitive data. With our NEN 7510 certification and proactive management, your environment stays dependable, so your attention can go to your clients.

Trade and retail

Shops, wholesalers and online stores run on till systems, stock management and a stable connection. On market days, Tuesday and Saturday, the centre of Goes is extra busy. We make sure the systems behind your shop simply keep pace.

Fruit growing and agriculture

Zuid-Beveland is one of the largest fruit-growing areas in the Netherlands. Growers, traders and suppliers increasingly rely on software for cultivation, sorting and logistics. We make sure those systems and their links to each other run reliably.

Where we work

System administration in Goes and across the Bevelanden

Goes sits in the middle of Zuid-Beveland, on the A58 and on the railway line between Vlissingen and Roosendaal. At the De Poel junction the N256 begins, linking the town with Noord-Beveland and Schouwen-Duiveland via the Zandkreekdam and the Zeelandbrug. That central position makes the town a logical base for many businesses.

We work from our head office in Terneuzen, on the other side of the Westerschelde. The Westerscheldetunnel brings us to Zuid-Beveland, although most of our management happens remotely. We help businesses in the town centre, on De Poel and Bedrijvenpark Deltaweg, in the villages of the municipality, from Kloetinge to Wolphaartsdijk on the Veerse Meer, and in Kapelle, Borsele, Reimerswaal and on Noord-Beveland.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about system administration in Goes

Will you also visit our business in Goes?

Yes. We do most of our management remotely, because that is quick and efficient. Some things are better done in person, such as installing new equipment, extending a network or guiding an office move. In those cases one of our colleagues comes to you, in the town itself or in one of the surrounding villages. We plan the visit together, at a time that suits you.

We already have someone who handles IT alongside other work. Can you support them?

Certainly. Many businesses have their own IT person or a colleague who looks after IT on top of their regular job. We can take over management completely, but we can also work alongside that person. For example by taking care of monitoring and backups, or by bringing in specialists through Expert IT. The knowledge stays in house, and your colleague has a whole team behind them.

Our server is getting older. Should we move to the cloud?

That depends on how you work. Together we look at what fits best: a new server on site, Microsoft 365, our private cloud ANYBASE or a combination. ANYBASE runs in a Tier 3 designed data centre in the European Union and can be extended with Microsoft Azure. We draw up a plan and carry out the move step by step, so you can simply keep working.

We use specialist software for our sector. Can you work with that?

Yes. Whether it is a package for fruit growing, a till system, a practice management system or accounting software, we manage the environment it runs on and act as the point of contact with the supplier. We coordinate updates with them and make sure the links with your other systems keep working. So you never have to go back and forth between parties yourself.
