How we get started together
First we get to know each other, in your warehouse, at the office or over Teams. Then we take stock of servers, systems, connections, access rights and suppliers, and record it in documentation that remains yours. After that our monitoring keeps watch and nearly all work happens remotely. In a periodic strategy meeting we discuss what is coming, such as a new branch or extra requirements from a customer.
