Outsourcing is not an all-or-nothing decision. Some organisations hand their complete IT over to us. Others keep their own IT person and let us do the routine work, the monitoring and the security. Others again start with one area, such as the workstations, and expand once they are happy with it.

What should you look for when choosing an IT partner?
You choose an IT partner for years, so it pays to look carefully. Ask how the partner works when nothing is wrong, because that is where the difference lies: who looks ahead, who documents your environment and who do you talk to when you want to change something? Ask as well how the partner handles information security itself, since it will have access to everything you have.
With us, these are not loose promises. Our ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certifications are checked again every year, so our own way of working is audited too. You have a fixed contact person, your environment is clearly documented, and in Digital Care you see the same figures as our engineers.

It starts with a first conversation: how does your organisation work, what is going well and where do you want to go? After that we take stock of your environment, document everything and install our monitoring. That way we can see how everything is doing from day one.
Together with your previous supplier or your own IT colleague we plan the handover, so no knowledge gets left behind and your colleagues simply keep working. Then the regular rhythm begins: proactive management, reports and the periodic strategy review. Prefer everything in one agreement? Frequently asked questions about outsourcing IT
Do I lose control if I outsource my IT?
No, rather the opposite. Your environment is recorded in documentation, you see what is going on in Digital Care and in the strategy review you help decide on the plans. We do the work, you stay in charge. And because everything is documented, knowledge about your IT no longer depends on one person inside or outside your organisation.
What happens to our own IT person?
They simply stay, if that is what you want. We agree a division of tasks together. Often we take care of monitoring, updates and security, leaving your IT person room for projects and for the colleagues they know well. If they are away for a while, we can temporarily take on more.
What does it cost to outsource IT?
The amount depends on how large your environment is and which parts you hand over to us. After the inventory you receive a proposal with clear agreements. If you want to arrange everything in one go, you choose a Managed Operations edition: Start, Plus, Pro or Elite, with a fixed price per employee per month. The higher the edition, the more we do for you.
Does an IT partner need to be close by?
For quality it makes little difference, because most management happens remotely. If something needs doing on site, such as a move or new equipment, an engineer who knows your environment comes by. Our teams are based in Terneuzen (Zeeland) and Vianen (Utrecht) and work for organisations throughout the Benelux.
Why one partner rather than a specialist for each topic?
Because your IT is one whole. A change in the network affects your workstations, and a new application asks something of your security. One team that oversees everything sees those connections and plans for them.
