NEN 7510

An IT partner that knows NEN 7510 from the inside

NEN 7510 is the Dutch standard for information security in healthcare. Infodatek Group is certified to its latest version, NEN 7510-1:2024, and also to ISO 27001. DigiTrust, an independent certification body, audits us every year. In 2026 both certificates were renewed after a recertification audit. So we know from our own experience which questions an auditor asks and how to keep measures workable in daily practice.

With Smart Compliance our compliance team also keeps your own file up to date in Digital Care: what is arranged, what is still open and what you can show. Medium-sized and larger care providers also fall under NIS2. Because we use the same foundation for NIS2, NEN 7510 and ISO 27001, you cover those requirements in one go.

With Digital Care Managed Operations we manage and secure your workstations, servers, network and Microsoft 365. You choose an edition that suits your organisation, from Start to Elite. From Plus your staff can turn to our service desk, and round-the-clock monitoring with detection and response (MDR) can be added, or comes as standard in Elite.

Still running applications on a server of your own? They can move to ANYBASE: our private cloud, managed in line with NEN 7510 and housed in a Tier 3 designed data centre in the European Union.

  • Backup of servers and databases every night, restorable for 30 days, with 12 months of archive

Working safely with care partners, and with AI

Our software team builds integrations between your care software and other packages, such as planning, HR or financial administration, so nobody enters data twice. For exchanging data with care partners we set up secure connections, with agreements you can show during an audit.

Want to use AI, for example to write up a team meeting or search through protocols? That is possible with Managed Cowork and a private model within the European Union. Your data is not used to train models. And because working safely is also a matter of habit, we offer security awareness: online with phishing tests and reporting, or in a classroom for up to ten people.
