Practice software, accounting and documents in one line
A firm works with a handful of packages that each have their own job: practice or case management software, accounting, document management, time recording and email. When they stand apart, someone retypes the same data several times. Our own software developers link those packages together, so a new client or a new matter is entered once and is correct everywhere.
You share documents with clients through a secure environment instead of as an email attachment. If a package still sits on a server at the office, it can move to ANYBASE, the private cloud we provide ourselves in the European Union. Then everyone can reach it, wherever they work, and there is no longer a server to run at the office.
AI for accountants and law firms, within your own walls
AI can save a firm a lot of work: summarising a long file, finding earlier advice or writing up a meeting. Managed Cowork, part of Digital Care, is made for exactly that, with your own documents as the starting point. The Knowledge Vault keeps knowledge and templates in one place, with access arranged per role, and the Note Taker writes up an internal meeting with the action items included.
What the AI returns comes only from documents the user is allowed to open, always with a reference to the document, so you can check it. Models are not trained on your data. If you want everything to stay within the European Union, you choose a private model that runs in the European Union. That way AI fits the care your clients expect from you.

Can we work securely from home and at a client's office?
Yes. We set up laptops, phones and Microsoft 365 so you work in the same secure way everywhere, with secure sign-in and protected devices. Your files live in the cloud or in ANYBASE, so you can reach them without an office connection. Together we agree which devices may access your files and what is and is not allowed on a personal phone.
Do you work with our practice software?
Yes. We look after everything your practice software, accounting and document management run on, from workstation to server or cloud, and we plan updates in consultation with the suppliers. How the package itself is configured remains their domain. Our software team builds links between your packages, so data is entered once. Which integrations are possible depends on what a package offers, and we work that out together.
Can we use AI without client data leaving the firm?
Yes, with Managed Cowork. The AI works with your own documents and only shows what the user is allowed to see. Whatever you put in is never used to train models. If you want to keep the AI within the European Union, you choose a private model in the European Union. Beforehand we decide together which files you connect and which stay out.
A client is asking how we have arranged our security. Can you help?
Certainly. We are ourselves certified to ISO 27001, and we know what questions such a questionnaire contains. We help you back up the answers with what is actually in place in your environment. We know when your peak comes and take it into account. Larger updates and changes are scheduled outside the busiest weeks, and temporary staff quickly get an account and a working laptop. Yes. From Terneuzen (Zeeland) and Vianen (Utrecht) we work for organisations across the Benelux. Most management happens remotely, and for a move, a new office or a job on site, we come over. You have a dedicated contact who knows your firm, and in a regular strategy meeting we look ahead together.
