We make sure your field staff can work securely anywhere. We manage laptops, tablets and phones centrally: new devices are set up remotely, updates install automatically and a tablet that goes missing is wiped remotely. Your people sign in with two-factor authentication and only reach the projects they work on themselves.

On the building site we arrange a reliable internet connection in the cabin, with wifi for your own team and a separate network for visitors. At the start of a project we set it up to a fixed recipe, and after handover we dismantle it neatly again.

Letting subcontractors and partners collaborate securely

On a project you work with subcontractors, freelancers, consultants and the client. Everyone needs part of the information, but not all of it. We set up Microsoft 365 so you share files per project with the right people, with access that expires when the project is finished. Your cost estimates and other business data stay yours.

The systems in the office deserve attention too: your project administration, estimating software, planning and accounts. We manage the server or cloud they run on, with backup and updates agreed with your suppliers. Our own software team builds integrations, for example between your engineers' job sheets and your administration. And if you want to search specifications, work instructions and past projects faster, Managed Cowork, our AI workspace, helps with answers from your own documents, with the source alongside.

Clients increasingly ask how you handle their data, for example in a tender or a framework agreement. A well-secured environment and clear documentation let you show it. For us, security is simply part of day-to-day management: timely updates, access rights that are correct and monitoring that keeps watch. Installers also work more and more with installations that can be operated and read remotely. We make sure your engineers reach those systems securely, through protected connections and personal accounts.
