A secure workplace for the whole firm

Management runs through Digital Care Managed Operations: we look after laptops, PCs, phones, the network and Microsoft 365, and you pay per employee. There are four editions: Start, Plus, Pro and Elite. A service desk for your colleagues is included from Plus, standard changes come with Pro, and anyone who wants round-the-clock monitoring (MDR) gets it in Elite or adds it on.

  • Secure sign-in and well-protected laptops, in the office and beyond
  • Permissions per team, client or matter, so everyone only sees what they need
  • Retention periods that match what your profession requires
  • Microsoft 365 backup from the Start edition, and backup of servers and databases in our data centre in the European Union
  • Security awareness with phishing tests, or a classroom session for up to ten colleagues

Integrations

Practice software, accounting and documents in one line

A firm works with a handful of packages that each have their own job: practice or case management software, accounting, document management, time recording and email. When they stand apart, someone retypes the same data several times. Our own software developers link those packages together, so a new client or a new matter is entered once and is correct everywhere.

You share documents with clients through a secure environment instead of as an email attachment. If a package still sits on a server at the office, it can move to ANYBASE, the private cloud we provide ourselves in the European Union. Then everyone can reach it, wherever they work, and there is no longer a server to run at the office.

AI at the firm

AI for accountants and law firms, within your own walls

AI can save a firm a lot of work: summarising a long file, finding earlier advice or writing up a meeting. Managed Cowork, part of Digital Care, is made for exactly that, with your own documents as the starting point. The Knowledge Vault keeps knowledge and templates in one place, with access arranged per role, and the Note Taker writes up an internal meeting with the action items included.

What the AI returns comes only from documents the user is allowed to open, always with a reference to the document, so you can check it. Models are not trained on your data. If you want everything to stay within the European Union, you choose a private model that runs in the European Union. That way AI fits the care your clients expect from you.
