Managed Cowork: an AI workplace for your whole team

Managed Cowork is one of the two modules of Digital Care, our own platform. It is a complete AI workplace that we set up and secure for you. Your colleagues find apps in it that each take a specific job off their hands, all working with the same data and the same permissions.

Already have a Copilot subscription and want to carry on with it? We are just as happy to help you with that. We are not tied to any single supplier.

Using AI safely with your own business data

The first question about AI is usually: what happens to our data? In Managed Cowork that is clearly arranged. The AI only draws its answers from sources the person asking is entitled to. Those permissions apply before anything goes back, even for packages that know nothing about roles themselves. So anyone without access to the HR folder will not get that information through the AI either.

Your data is not used to train models. You choose which model you work with: online models such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, or a private model within the European Union. The latter suits you well if you handle sensitive information or if a customer asks for it. Infodatek Group is itself certified to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510, so careful handling of data is part of how we work every day.

Your team learns to use AI smartly and responsibly

An AI workplace only pays off when your colleagues actually use it. People who already experiment will find their way. Most of the gain lies with colleagues who still hesitate: what can I use it for, and what am I allowed to put in? That is why training comes with it, built on situations from your own work, in Dutch or in English.

Together we set down agreements everyone understands: which data belongs where, what you share and who to turn to when in doubt. And where AI can do more than answer, our engineers build integrations and automations on the packages you already have, using MCP and APIs. For example, an application form that lands in your system without anyone retyping it.
